The rating of innovative activity of regions is prepared

The national association of innovations and development of information technologies prepared "A rating of innovative activity of regions" for 2013. 
The purpose of a rating is definition of the regions showing the best indicators in the field of stimulation of development of science and the innovative sphere, and also receiving an objective picture of current state of the sphere of innovations in Russia.
Stability of innovative activity of subjects of the Russian Federation became the main result of this research.  83 subjects of the Russian Federation took part in research NAIRIT.  Nearly 70% of regions kept the positions in comparison with last year. 
Leaders of a rating also kept the positions. On the first place there is Moscow. On the second, St. Petersburg. On the third position - the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the innovative rating prepared by Association of innovative regions of Russia with organizational and methodical support of the Qualification Committee of Associations, similar results according to which Tatarstan is included also in the three of leaders together with Moscow and St. Petersburg are received.   
At the same time, according to a technique of an assessment of innovative development of subjects of the Russian Federation developed by Higher School of Economics, which is based on system of 36 indicators characterizing various aspects of activity of regions (social and economic conditions of innovative activity, the scientific and technical potential, level of innovative activity, quality of regional innovative policy), the Republic of Tatarstan takes the second place in a rating.
As a whole It should be noted that the general innovative index of subjects of the Russian Federation grew by 1,7% in comparison with last year. Such positive tendency is observed the third year in a row. It speaks about increase of a level of responsibility of subjects for realization of key state initiatives.
