In Sochi the seminar concerning purchasing activity will take place

During the period from September 22 to September 27, 2014 in Sochi the annual educational and consulting seminar will take place: "The government and municipal procurements in 2014. Practice of application of Federal laws No. 44 and No. 223".

The seminar is intended for heads and specialists of administrations of subjects of the Russian Federation and local governments, heads and specialists of the budgetary and autonomous institutions, the state and municipal unitary enterprises.

In the program of a seminar the analysis of the legislation on purchases in 2014, consideration of practice of application 44, studying of an order of protection of the rights of participants of government purchases and other questions of purchasing activity is planned.

Participants of a seminar will be able to receive recommendations about optimization and planning of purchases of experts of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, the staff of Federal Antimonopoly Service, and also to exchange experience with colleagues from other regions.

The registration payment for participation of one listener makes - 49 700 rubles excluding VAT, at participation payment till August 22 the special price - 39 700 rubles works.
