Results of introduction of the Standard of development of the competition will show efficiency of activity of heads of subjects of the Russian Federation

The Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation developed the draft of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation "About modification of the list of the directions for an assessment of efficiency of activity of the highest officials (heads of the supreme executive bodies of the government) subjects of the Russian Federation on creating favorable conditions of conducting the business activity, approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2012 No. 1276".

This document is prepared in pursuance of "road map" "Development of the competition and improvement of an antimonopoly policy", approved as the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2012 No. 2579-r.

The draft of the decree enters the new direction for an assessment of efficiency of activity of the highest officials (heads of the supreme executive bodies of the government) subjects of the Russian Federation on creating favorable conditions of conducting business activity – "assistance to competition development on the basis of the standard of development of the competition in subjects of the Russian Federation".

In December, 2014 approbation of introduction developed by Agency of strategic initiatives on promotion of new drafts of the Standard of development of the competition in subjects of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, Khabarovsk territory, the Volgograd, Nizhny Novgorod and Ulyanovsk areas, St. Petersburg (an order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation I. I. Shuvalov of April 2, 2014 No. ISh-P13-2189) comes to the end.

Results of activity on this direction will be considered since results for 2015.

Introduction of the new direction for an assessment of efficiency of activity of the highest officials (heads of the supreme executive bodies of the government) subjects of the Russian Federation on creating favorable conditions of conducting business activity will promote efficiency increase, system and uniform implementation of activity of executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation on assistance to development and competition support on regional commodity markets and services.
