The State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan sent to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan for the organization of carrying out an assessment of regulating influence four bills

The State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan according to article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of March 7, 2014 No. 14-ZRT "About an order of carrying out an assessment of regulating influence of drafts of regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan and examination of regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan" sent to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan for the organization of carrying out an assessment of regulating influence four bills of the Republic of Tatarstan:

- About modification of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About investment activity in the Republic of Tatarstan";

- About modification of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About a vehicle tax";

- About modification of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About establishment of a tax rate on a profit tax of the organizations for separate categories of taxpayers";

- About modification of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the property tax of the organizations".

For an assessment of regulating influence of these bills and detection of provisions in them entering excess administrative and other restrictions and duties for subjects of business and other activity or promoting their introduction, and also the provisions promoting emergence of unreasonable expenses of subjects of business and other activity and budgets of all levels of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan carries out public discussions.
