The draft of the Federal law is developed

The draft of the Federal law "About modification of articles 50 and 56 of the Budgetary code of the Russian Federation", developed for a compensation for expenses of subjects of the Russian Federation connected with providing the state services of federal executive authorities on the basis of MFTs, is approved by the Federation Council of the Russian Federation and sent in accordance with the established procedure to the President of the Russian Federation.
The draft of the Federal law provided distribution of income gained from payment of the state tax for rendering the state services, provided on the basis of MFTs, between budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation and the federal budget. Distribution is planned to carry out as follows: 50% of the state tax are enlisted in the federal budget, 50% - in budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation.
The mechanism of distribution of the state tax is studied now by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
