Order of development of standard contracts

According to this regulatory legal act standard contracts, and also standard conditions of the last for purchase of goods, works, services are developed by responsible federal executive authorities and approved as internal regulations.
Drafts of such acts have to be coordinated with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, FAS Russia, and in cases of opportunity to apply them when purchasing relating to the state defensive order, - with Rosoboronzakaz.
Standard contracts and standard conditions have to conform to the requirements provided by the legislation on contract system, and not contain the data relating to the state secret.
Before commissioning of uniform information system in the sphere of purchases standard contracts, standard conditions of contracts will be published on the All-Russian official website of www.zakupki.gov.ru.
Besides, in the resolution a reduced form of the information card of the standard contract and standard terms of the contract.
