The design seminar within development of the "Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Period till 2030" project took place

On July 8, 2014 the design seminar "The main challenges and the directions of development of the human capital in the Republic of Tatarstan" within development of the "Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Period till 2030" project took place.

Meeting of participants of a design seminar took place in five directions - "Cultural development – the main calls and possible answers", "Development of the general education – the main calls and possible answers" and "Development of professional education – the main calls and possible answers", "Migration and a demography – the main calls and possible answers", "Health care development – the main calls and possible answers".

As moderators of discussion the director general of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization MTsSEI "Leontyevsky center" Leonid Limonov and the deputy director of NIU VShE – St. Petersburg Dmitry Tolmachev acted.

Representatives of the ministries, departments and republic municipalities, representatives of institutions of initial, main and secondary education of the republic and HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS, cultural institutions and health care, and also representatives of business community of the republic participated in a design seminar.

At the designated meetings of a design seminar experts of the Tatarstan 2030 project presented results of researches of the republic, the main calls and possibilities of preservation and development of the human capital for increase of competitiveness of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan on long-term prospect. Following the results of messages of experts brisk discussion was developed, participants of a seminar stated a number of offers which will be considered in work on Strategy-2030.
