The delegation of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan takes part in St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2014

On May 22, 2014 the delegation of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by the Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov will take part in work of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum of 2014. According to the Forum agenda the delegation of the Ministry of Economy will take part in work of session of the World economic forum "Regions of Russia: growth drivers" ("Global crisis not for nothing: what did we learn in recent years? "), on May 23, 2014 in presentation of the first results of pilot approbation of the National rating of investment climate in regions of the Russian Federation organized by Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects, and in general meeting of the Supervisory board and Council of Association of Innovative regions of Russia under the leadership of the chairman of the Supervisory board of Association Sergey Naryshkin.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
