Attention of licenses applicants, businessmen and the individual entrepreneurs who are carrying out activity on preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals

We remind you features of documentary interaction of the ministry and competitors of licenses, licensees. 
The order of carrying out documentary check is established by the Federal law of 26.12.2008 No. 294-FZ "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control".
The specified law provides that the body of the state control (supervision) sends to the address of the legal entity, the address of the individual entrepreneur motivated inquiry with the requirement to submit others necessary for review during carrying out documentary check documents in case reliability of the data containing in documents, available body of the state control (supervision), raises reasonable doubts or these data don't allow to estimate execution by the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur of obligatory requirements.
Within ten working days from the date of receiving motivated inquiry the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur are obliged to send the documents specified in inquiry to body of the state control (supervision).
We pay special attention that the documents specified in inquiry are submitted in the form of the copies certified by the press (at its existence) and respectively by the signature of the individual entrepreneur, his authorized representative, the head, other official of the legal entity.
