In Moscow the II Forum "The innovative capacity of Russia" took place

On April 22-23, 2014 in Moscow the II Forum of Rospatent "Innovative capacity of Russia", devoted to the International day of intellectual property took place.  Rospatent and the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIIP) with World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) support hold this event annually, since 2013.

Representatives of federal executive authorities, the international and regional organizations took part in work of the Forum in the field of intellectual property, foreign patent departments and managing subjects, and also regions of Russia.

With welcome speech to participants of action the Head of Rospatent Boris Simonov addressed.

The deputy head of Rospatent Lyubov Kiry made a speech at plenary session with the report on legislation development in the field of industrial property, the deputy director general of the Tatarstan STIC Radiy Salimov reported on standard legal support of the Republic of Tatarstan in the sphere of intellectual property.

Within the Forum  section meetings on discussion of the new legislation in the field of intellectual property, questions of management of the rights of the state for results of intellectual activity passed, and also the practical seminar for specialists of the Centers of support of technologies and innovations in the Russian Federation concerning creation of patent landscapes in was organized in which representatives of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and subordinated to the ministry State Unitary Enterprise RT Tatarstan STIC took part also .
