The Higher School of Economics holds training seminar for public controlers

The national research university "Higher School of Economics" (Moscow) together with Advisory council at the Government of the Russian Federation will hold a training seminar for public controlers within School of the public controler of government purchases. The seminar will take place on April 18, 2014 from 10.00 till 17.30 on a gratuitous basis.
