Formation of the register of bank guarantees in 2014

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation inform that according to Art. 45 of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" all bank guarantees issued to the participant of purchase as tender security on participation in definition of the supplier (the contractor, the performer) or as ensuring performance of the contract, have to be included in the register of bank guarantees, maintaining and which placement is carried out in uniform information system in the sphere of purchases.
The register of bank guarantees joins the copy signed by the participant of purchase with bank of the bank guarantee agreement signed by the strengthened digital signature of the person, having the right to work on behalf of bank.
