II Forum of Rospatent "Innovative capacity of Russia"

On April 22-23, 2014 the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) and the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIIP) with support of the World intellectual property organization holds the II Forum "The innovative capacity of Russia", devoted to the International day of intellectual property. At the Forum discussion of the following topical issues is planned: administrative and jurisprudence of consideration of the disputes concerning exclusive rights to results of intellectual activity and means of an individualization; management of the rights of the state on results of intellectual activity; legislation improvement in the field of intellectual property; functioning of electronic services of Rospatent.
