The deputy minister Rustem Sibgatullin took part in the forty sixth meeting of Council of the Cheremshansky municipal area

On February 11, 2014 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the department of support of business Rustem Sibgatullin took part in work of the 46th meeting of Council of the Cheremshansky municipal area with participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. At meeting questions of social and economic development of the Cheremshansky municipal area were discussed following the results of 2013, need of increase shares of small and average business of a gross territorial product was discussed soon (now the share in VTP in the area makes only 12,2%), development of family farms, personal farmsteads, participation in republican programs of support of business. Also questions of further attraction of investments were discussed.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
