The Competition organizing committee "The annual public award "Regions — a Sustainable Development" continues a set of projects from the Republic of Tatarstan

The competition "Regions — a Sustainable Development" is held according to an order of the Government of the Russian Federation and is urged to combine efforts of government bodies of the power, commercial and public organizations for the solution of problems in various branches of economy, to stimulate the enterprises and initiative citizens to creation of highly effective productions.


Organizers of Competition are JSC Sberbank of Russia, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), JSC Investitsii v VKH and the All-Russian public organization "Green Patrol".


Participants of competition are executive authorities of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation, governing bodies of municipalities of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation, the enterprises (state unitary enterprise, federal state unitary enterprise, municipal unitary enterprise, joint stock company, joint stock company, open company), heads and the staff of federal, regional, local authorities, the enterprises and public associations.


Returnable financing for implementation of the projects declared on Competition in a size determined by the Board of trustees of Competition is provided to winners of Competition. Financing of projects is carried out in the form of the target loan granted on favorable terms.


Main selection criteria of projects:
- the total cost of the project has to be not less than 50 million rubles and no more than 1 billion rubles;
- existence of own money at the applicant of the project, intended for implementation of the project, of not less than 10% of a total cost of the project;
- project payback period no more than 10 years;
- the share of expenses for creation of objects of capital construction has to make not less than 35% of project cost.
