About 2,200 reviews were left by Tatarstan citizens about the quality of the implementation of national projects

Almost 2,200 reviews were received from Tatarstan citizens about the quality of the implementation of national projects. Of these, about 85% are positive and neutral, 75% are positive and 10% are neutral, respectively.

The mechanism for collecting feedback from residents of the republic has been implemented since the end of 2023. Feedback on satisfaction can be left using the QR code placed on each socially significant facility built or renovated according to a national project.

Most often, residents of the republic share their impressions about the state of parks and squares that have received a new lease of life thanks to the Infrastructure for Life project. The majority of these reviews were positively rated — about 75% and 15% were negative, while the rest of the reviews from residents of the republic were neutral. In 2026, Tatarstan residents most often comment on the state of facilities built thanks to the implementation of the national projects "Infrastructure for Life", "Youth and children" and "Active and long life".

Negative reviews are not ignored and are redirected to local governments and relevant ministries for prompt response and measures to eliminate deficiencies.

Also this year, Tatarstan will continue to work on creating a comfortable urban environment, and improvement of 51 public spaces is planned.

A significant part of these works (42 facilities) is funded through the National Infrastructure for Life project. According to the federal program "Creating a comfortable urban environment", 36 spaces in 31 districts of the republic will be renovated. The renovation of six more sites — in Aksubaevo, Alekseevsky, Vysokaya Gora, Kukmor, Menzelinsk and Tetyushy — will be possible thanks to the victory in the All-Russian competition of small towns and historical settlements.

In Tatarstan, the approval of the list of facilities for the creation of new public spaces within the framework of the federal program "Creating a comfortable urban environment" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" takes place with the active participation of residents through the voting procedure.

Since 2018, the annual Rating Vote on the selection of public space projects has become a prerequisite for the implementation of the federal program "Creating a comfortable Urban Environment".

In 2025, over 140,000 people in Tatarstan voted for the creation of new public spaces in 2026 according to the national project.

So, on April 21 of this year, the all-Russian online voting for parks, squares, embankments, and boulevards that will be improved in 2027 will start on the Public Services portal. Earlier on the portal, the stage of collecting ideas from residents of Russia on territories for landscaping came to an end. Recall that in 2026 Tatarstan continues to participate in the implementation of 45 regional projects as part of 12 national projects. About 54 billion rubles will be allocated for the implementation of national projects in Tatarstan.
