Business assistance is provided by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate organizations under the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".

Tatarstan's small and medium-sized businesses have access to a range of non-financial services that cover the entire business development cycle, from the start of a project to the launch of an enterprise on foreign markets.

For republican businesses, this is an opportunity to participate in regional and international exhibitions and fairs, certification and product promotion, professional development of employees, assistance in entering marketplaces, as well as educational and consulting support, including adaptation to tax changes.

Special attention in the republic is paid to small and medium-sized manufacturing companies, small technology companies (STC) and entrepreneurs operating in priority sectors of the economy, such as industry, agriculture, information technology, scientific research and tourism.

In 2025, more than 100 manufacturers and STC were provided with assistance in certification, advertising and product promotion, professional development of employees, as well as participation in exhibition and fair events in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Also, in order to raise awareness and promptly obtain full information about the support available in the Republic for small businesses, a Single Contact Center (SCC) was established in Tatarstan in February last year on the basis of the Foundation for Entrepreneurship Support of the Republic of Tatarstan.

As of the end of 2025, the SCC has processed more than 5,600 applications from entrepreneurs and individuals. Most often, businesses apply for non-financial and financial support measures, as well as tax advice.

The SCC in Tatarstan operates on a one-stop-shop basis. Its specialists provide advice on government programs for entrepreneurs and other issues related to doing business. Requests received through different communication channels are processed and distributed among the operators. Users can get answers to common questions on their own on federal and republican business support portals SME.RF and the My Business Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, via chatbots and on social networks.

The most in-demand non-financial state support in Tatarstan remains participation in training programs, including seminars, round tables, webinars, and others, for small and medium-sized businesses and individuals planning to start an entrepreneurial activity. By the end of 2025, more than 14,840 people took part in the events, of which about 230 participants registered their business. In total, more than 90 training events were held in the republic.

A number of fairs were organized for the citizens of the republic, participation in which was free of charge. In 2025, more than 220 Tatarstan citizens took part in them.

By the end of 2025, more than 13,000 people took part in the events, of which about 230 participants registered their business. In total, more than 90 training events were held in the republic.
