Two new residents will appear in the territories of Tatarstan's advanced development

The implementation of the projects will create 132 new jobs. 

The AVANTA FIT LLC project provides sports services and plans to build a new fitness center on the territory of the Naberezhnye Chelny Shopping Center. The total investment in the project will amount to more than 153 million rubles, 47 jobs are planned to be created. 

Another project of E-prom LLC, which produces charging stations for electric vehicles, will be launched at Zelenodolsk ADT. The total amount of investments invested in production will amount to 53 million rubles, the number of jobs will be 85 units.

Advanced development territories are an effective tool for stimulating investment in single-industry towns. Among the preferences for the ADT:

— preferential conditions for the provision of municipal or state land plots;

— exemption from payment of land tax and corporate property tax;

— the application of reduced corporate income tax rates.

It should be recalled that there are five territories of advanced development in Tatarstan: Naberezhnye Chelny, Zelenodolsk, Nizhnekamsk, Chistopol and Mendeleevsk.

Currently, 149 residents are registered in the territories of advanced development of the republic. As of the end of 2025, residents have invested about 92 billion rubles, including 74.5 billion rubles of capital investments, and 26,288 jobs have been created.
