In Tatarstan, the AI assistant for business on tax changes and inspections has been launched in the MAX messenger

A service created on the basis of the Internet resource "Proven business" (prov-biz.ru ), was launched on the initiative of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan. It is a free platform that helps entrepreneurs navigate the requirements of control and supervisory activities.

The "Frequently Asked Questions" section of the chatbot is constantly adapting to the needs of the business. So, since December 2025, a new section "Tax Reform" has appeared in the chatbot. According to internal statistics, more than 70% of all questions asked to the bot relate specifically to changes in the tax sphere. In total, since the launch of the service in 2025, more than 7 thousand requests have been processed, and the level of positive user feedback has exceeded 95%.

A chatbot using artificial intelligence technologies based on the GosPrompt digital platform offers entrepreneurs a comprehensive solution:

Consultations on tax reform: prompt clarifications on changes in legislation

- Preparation for inspections: algorithm of behavior, justification for the documents requested by the inspector and checklists for self-checking;

- Informing: by entering the INN, the company informs about the inspections planned for the current year, preventive visits and the procedure for their implementation;

- Analytics: there is a section available on the Verified Business portal that reflects the administrative burden on businesses in the context of the entire republic or a specific company. A database of typical violations and ways to prevent them has also been compiled.
