The manufacturer of national shoes from Tatarstan became an exporter thanks to state support

The company is also an exporter to the CIS countries, Europe and the USA.

At the start of production, the first sales were carried out through social networks and our own online store, without external financing and large-scale sales channels.

Gradually, the brand began to move from local sales to system scaling. In 2019, entering Russian marketplaces was a turning point for the company: sales increased several times, and KIEZ products became recognizable outside the region.

A separate stage of development was the export of products to the United States, including the supply of a large batch of shoes for sale on local marketplaces. This was a confirmation of the export potential of the regional brand, which became possible thanks to the support of the Government of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate development institutions.

During the period of development, the company has used republican financial products of state support: in 2023, the company received a loan for the microfinance product "Assistance" in the amount of 5 million rubles. In 2025, 3.5 million rubles of state support were allocated to the manufacturer for the "Priority" product.

KIEZ is also a user of non-financial support measures for the Export Support Center of the NGO "Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan", subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Among the non-financial support measures provided to the company:

- Participation in international exhibition and fair events in the Russian Federation and abroad;

- Search and selection of a foreign buyer;

- Participation in comprehensive acceleration programs;

- Placement on international marketplaces;

- Certification of "Made in Russia" products.

Thanks to the government support received, the company managed to expand its product range, increase production capacity, significantly expand its geographical presence and sales markets, and confirm product quality through the "Made in Russia" certification.

Since the launch of its own production, the company has demonstrated a steady positive trend in turnover growth. The transition from direct sales to marketplaces and an export model allowed for a multiple increase in revenue compared to the first year of operation.

One of the notable milestones was the participation of the KIEZ brand in a flash mob initiated by Maria Zakharova, Director of the Information and Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. The results of the flash mob will be announced on January 30, 2026.

In the coming years, the company plans to continue expanding its product range and sales markets, as well as develop its presence on international platforms, corporate segment and production infrastructure in the Republic of Tatarstan.
