An employee of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan became a prize-winner in the 2025 Civil Servants Competition
The IX republican contest "The Best State Civil Servant of the Republic of Tatarstan" has ended, in which 71 employees from 33 government departments, including the Ministry of Economy, took part.
Ilfat Mingalimov, Head of the Innovation Development Department of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, became the winner in the nomination "Effective use of Russian and Tatar languages as the official languages of the Republic of Tatarstan in the civil service."
At the final stage, Ilfat Mingalimov presented an innovative project on the use of artificial intelligence to monitor compliance with language legislation and ensure the equal use of the official languages of the republic.
Colleagues from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan congratulated Ilfat Maratovich on his well-deserved award and wished him further professional achievements and successful implementation of creative initiatives for the benefit of Tatarstan.
