Tatarstan presented to the Government of the Russian Federation an AI-based chatbot in the supervisory sphere
Today, at the Plenary Session of the All-Russian Forum of Regulatory Authorities — 2025, the Republic of Tatarstan presented a digital business service, the Entrepreneur's Assistant chatbot, hosted on the Verified Business Internet portal.
The plenary session was attended by Dmitry Grigorenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation and Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation. The service was presented by Gulnaz Ismagilova, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, on behalf of Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Proven Business Digital Platform (provbiz.ru ) has been operating in Tatarstan since 2018. The portal was created to promptly inform business entities about the current legal requirements in the field of control (supervisory) activities. The platform provides businesses with free access to useful services and knowledge that allow them to effectively prepare for interaction with regulatory authorities. The project was implemented on the initiative of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic.
For the convenience of entrepreneurs, the smart chatbot "Entrepreneur's Assistant", created on the basis of artificial intelligence, has been launched on the portal. The digital assistant was created in response to a request from the republic's business community. In real time, the service provides information about the requirements of regulatory authorities, advises on the legal aspects of doing business and helps to go through all the stages of verification.
The chatbot is available in the Telegram messenger, and by the end of this month, the bot will start functioning in the Russian messenger MAX.
Following the results of the forum of control bodies — 2025, the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded the "Leader of Control 2025" award by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, and Deputy Minister of Economy Gulnaz Ismagilova was awarded a personal commendation from Dmitry Grigorenko, Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation, for his significant contribution to the development of the system of control (supervisory) activities.
"Tatarstan is open to the exchange of experience. We are ready to share our best practices and, possibly, integrate such solutions on federal resources," Gulnaz Ismagilova emphasized.
Earlier, Tatarstan's practice of using artificial intelligence in conducting business inspections was positively evaluated and recommended by the Russian Ministry of Economic Development for replication in the country's regions.
