One can get all the information about helping the participants of the SMO and their family members in Tatarstan in a few clicks on the website and in the chatbot "Taking Care of your own".

All measures to support the participants of the SMO and their families at the federal and regional levels, including property, financial and non-material assistance, are combined in the republican program "Caring for your own" on the website: zabotasvo.tatar, as well as in the chatbot: https://t.me/Svoi_tatarstan_bot

The "Taking Care of your Own" program was presented by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Leyla Fazleeva and launched in November 2023. As part of the project, all support measures for the participants of the SMO and their families in the Republic of Tatarstan were systematized and presented on the resources of the same name. They provide residents of the Republic with all the information on one measure or another of support, and also eliminates its unnecessary search in ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan.

There is also a special section on the website for appeals, thanks to which one can get prompt answers to all questions of interest regarding the support of participants, veterans of the military and their families, as well as the opportunity to receive consulting services at the call center.

It should be recalled that with the assistance of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate development institutions, the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy" provides comprehensive support to participants and veterans of a special military operation, as well as their family members, including financial and non-financial support measures.
