Adopted next sub-legal act required for implementation of the contract system

On November 21, 2013 resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation № 1044 "On Requirements for development, approval and maintenance schedules for the procurement of goods, works and services to meet the needs of the Russian Federation and municipal needs , as well as the requirements for the form of procurement schedules , goods, works and services. " Said document included in the list of normative legal acts necessary for the adoption of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 № 44 -FZ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods , works and services for state and municipal needs"
