The Ministry of Economy invites entrepreneurs to take part in public consultations

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, starting from October 3, 2025, will conduct an examination of the current resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 194 dated 05/18/2007 "On Approval of the Procedure for Reserving Certain Types of jobs (Professions) for employment of disabled people and citizens in special need of social protection from employers located in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan". 

The purpose of the examination is to assess the achievement of the regulatory objectives stated during the development and adoption, the effectiveness of the proposed method of legal regulation, and the assessment of the actual positive and negative consequences of the proposed method of legal regulation through the analysis of law enforcement practice.

We invite representatives of business associations and other interested parties to participate in public consultations within the framework of the examination of the specified regulatory legal act.

The public consultation period is from October 3 to November 2, 2025.
