Tatarstan and the DPR signed an agreement on cooperation in the scientific and technical sphere

On September 19, on the sidelines of the Kazan Digital Week-2025 International Forum, an agreement on cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) in the development of scientific, technical and innovative activities was signed.

The agreement was signed between the state autonomous institution "Center for Scientific and Technical Information of the Republic of Tatarstan" subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the federal State budgetary scientific institution "Institute of Scientific and Technical Information" (Donetsk, DPR). 

The agreement provides for the establishment of long-term cooperation in the development of state scientific and technical information systems in the regions to improve the management of information resources in the field of science, new technologies and engineering, and create the necessary conditions for the scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation. 

The priority areas of cooperation range from assistance in the implementation of scientific and technological development programs and the development of regional intellectual property markets to joint scientific and technical events and the organization of internships for specialists.

The document was signed at the round table "Development of digital platforms for intellectual property, science and Innovation management". The participants discussed a wide range of issues related to the digital transformation of intellectual property and the introduction of modern platform solutions into the management of scientific and technological development at the state level.
