6 industrial parks of the republic will receive support from the federal budget

Within the framework of the federal project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurship" of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy", the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation provides subsidies to the regions of the Russian Federation for the creation (development) of business parks, technoparks and industrial parks for SMEs. Subsidies are provided based on the results of a competitive selection of the most effective and economically sound private projects.

According to the results of the selection conducted by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia in 2025, 31 projects for the construction, reconstruction and retrofitting of industrial, techno and business parks will receive federal financial support, of which 6 projects are being implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan. Financing will be provided to the management companies of industrial parks and business parks of the republic for the purchase of industrial and engineering equipment for collective use, which will provide entrepreneurs with access to technological opportunities, reduce their start-up costs and accelerate the launch of new productions.

Russian President Vladimir Putin recalled the need to create an infrastructure for business today during the plenary session of the X Eastern Economic Forum.

"By 2030, at least one hundred industrial, business and technology parks with the necessary facilities and communications will be opened in Russia to develop and master technologies and establish modern production facilities. I am confident that their modern infrastructure and capabilities will be in demand by companies that are at the start of their projects, are implementing promising initiatives, including plans to make products designed to replace their foreign counterparts, including construction materials, medical equipment, and transport equipment," the President stressed.

The Republic of Tatarstan continues to develop industrial parks as one of the key tools for supporting business and the growth of the manufacturing sector. Today, over 1,750 residents work on their territory, and the total number of jobs created has exceeded 72,000. According to the results of the first half of this year, the products produced by residents of industrial parks accounted for about 10% of the total industrial production of the Republic of Tatarstan. The total turnover of resident companies in 2024 exceeded 560 billion rubles.

In turn, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to implement comprehensive measures for the development of industrial infrastructure. In 2025, the construction of engineering and road infrastructure in six industrial parks is underway at the expense of the republican budget.

As noted by the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, industrial parks create a ready—made environment for a quick start and scaling of business. Resident enterprises receive access to tax benefits, electricity subsidies, preferential financing, equipment leasing, as well as financial support measures through partner financing tools. This allows companies to direct the released resources to modernize production facilities, purchase equipment, expand staff and increase salaries for employees.

The resumption of federal support for industrial parks will become another effective tool for supporting small and medium-sized businesses in the republic.

As part of the renewed federal support, it is planned to attract more than 72 new residents – small and medium-sized businesses, create more than 670 new jobs and attract more than 2 billion private investments in 6 federally selected industrial parks in the republic. – said Natalia Kondratova, First Deputy Minister of Economy.

It should be recalled that the Republic of Tatarstan has been actively using this federal support mechanism since the beginning of its implementation and with its help has provided the construction of infrastructure for 14 parks, on the territory of which more than 1,000 residents work today, 27,500 jobs have been created.
