Tatarstan participated in a session on the formation of models for managing scientific and technological development in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation
Arsen Savva, Director of the State Educational Institution "Center for Scientific and Technical Information of the Republic of Tatarstan", took part in the strategic session "Formation of models for managing scientific and technological development in the subjects of the Russian Federation to achieve technological sovereignty". The event was held at the Presidential Academy in Moscow.
The participants of the event, together with representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Academy of Sciences and other relevant organizations, reviewed and made decisions on several key issues related to the assessment of the current management model of scientific and technological development (STD), approaches to building a management model for STD in the region based on the processes of forming the institute of a qualified technology customer and forming an order for the frames. The issue of self-diagnosis of the state of the future STD management system through progress assessment indicators was also considered.
At the end of the intensive, the participants presented the results of the work of the project teams formed during the session.
The Tatarstan team was led by Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva. It also included President of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic Rifkat Minnikhanov, representatives of the academic and expert community of the republic.
