The main agenda of the forum was the adaptation of existing measures to support small and medium-sized businesses to meet the real needs of the business community. Experts and business representatives worked together on solutions aimed at expanding the availability of financing, optimizing support programs and creating favorable conditions for scaling entrepreneurial projects.

On August 13, the Kazan House of Entrepreneurs hosted the forum for small and medium-sized businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan "BUSINESS SCALE: the financial ecosystem of business and the voice of entrepreneurs." The event gathered more than 300 participants.

The event is organized by the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan (APMSB RT) with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan under the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".

The event became a platform for open dialogue, where representatives of government authorities, financial institutions, as well as experts from various fields in an open dialogue format talked about opportunities and measures to support the business community, entrepreneurs voiced business problems and also asked their questions.

The Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, Zilya Valeeva, noted the importance of the event and the high interest of the business community, as well as the government, in such initiatives as platforms for exchanging views and creating conditions for the development of the republican business community.

During her speech, Gulnaz Ismagilova, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, noted the dynamic development of Tatarstan's business community:

"Today, there are more than 175 thousand small and medium-sized businesses in the republic. This indicates the dynamic growth of Tatarstan's business community and the fact that more and more citizens are choosing the path of starting their own business, implementing creative ideas and developing the economic community."

The Deputy Minister also stressed the importance of the event as an opportunity for direct interaction between business, government and the expert community.

The key element of the forum was thematic round tables that brought together entrepreneurs from all over the republic, representatives of government authorities, banks, foundations and the expert community. The participants discussed current business issues, the availability and effectiveness of government support measures, sources of financing, issues of scaling companies and improving the tax environment, as well as the development of municipal business initiatives.
