Intensive seminar on regulatory impact assessment for the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations

"Regulatory Impact Assessment: fundamentals of methodology and best practices" intensive seminar was held today at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for specialists of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic Tatarstan.

During the event, the participants studied the methodological foundations of regulatory impact assessment procedures, expertise and assessment of the application of mandatory requirements. Special attention was paid to practical examples of procedures for assessing regulatory legal acts in the field of civil defense, emergency prevention and ensuring the safety of people on water bodies.

Such educational events solve the most important tasks of increasing the effectiveness of standard-setting activities, contribute to improving the regulatory environment and improving interdepartmental cooperation. They contribute to the introduction of modern approaches to the assessment of regulations, which ultimately aims to reduce administrative barriers and create favorable conditions for economic development.
