About 800 real estate objects are available to Tatarstan businesses on preferential terms

For 6 months of 2025, about 20 real estate objects at the municipal and regional levels were commissioned to small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan under the preferential business support program. There are 775 vacant properties.

Today, the list of the register of republican and municipal property of Tatarstan contains 1,191 objects of republican and municipal property, including buildings, premises, structures, movable property and land plots intended to be provided to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on preferential terms.

Of these, a total of 282 facilities have been leased: 247 municipal-level facilities and 35 regional-level facilities. Currently, 775 real estate objects remain vacant, of which 728 are municipal. Over the past two years, 103 facilities have been leased.

Let us recall that a program on property support for SMEs is being implemented in Tatarstan. Real estate is leased to businesses on preferential terms under special conditions.

In accordance with regional regulations, the first 2 years rent is free for businesses. Further, over the course of 4 years, the rental price increases by 25% annually — up to 100% of the amount of rent established based on the results of an assessment of the market value of the rental property.

The property support is implemented under the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy". In addition to the benefits provided for the rental of premises, the business receives comprehensive support and support for investment projects.
