On July 14, 2025, Gulnaz Ismagilova, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, delivered a report to the Federation Council on the introduction of remote format and artificial intelligence tools into control and supervisory activities in preventive visits.
Extended session on the topic: "On the consolidated report on State control (supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation in 2024" was held at the Federation Council Committee on Rules and Organization of Parliamentary Activities in Moscow.
The Deputy Minister told the Federation Council about the work carried out in 2024 in the republic regarding the implementation of preventive visits in a remote format and the introduction of artificial intelligence into the activities of control (supervisory) bodies. And also about reducing the administrative burden on the business and creating comfortable conditions for its development.
The Deputy Minister stressed that according to the priority tasks of reducing the burden on companies, verification is possible only where there is a risk of violation of a mandatory requirement, as indicated by special risk indicators. It was also noted that Tatarstan is the leader of the rating in terms of the number of preventive visits conducted. By the end of 2024, the control authorities carried out more than 2,000 professional visits in Tatarstan.
According to the published consolidated report on state control (supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation, by the end of 2024, the Republic of Tatarstan took 1st place in the Volga Federal District.
"In 2025, we continue to work on shifting the focus to preventive activities and applying a risk-based approach to monitoring activities of any format," the Deputy Minister of Economy stressed.
