The main title of "Young Industrialist of the Year" was awarded to Yaroslav Zhelonkin, 34, CEO of the high-tech company FERRY WATT from Tatarstan.
The winners of the IV All-Russian Award were announced at the INNOPROM-2025 exhibition. In total, the competition received more than 700 applications from 69 regions.
The TOP 200 finalists included the heads of eight companies from Tatarstan. Among them are NPO Balta Press, LLC Kontakt, LLC Ferry Watt, LLC Luch, LLC Shoe Company Bars, LLC Sources of Nutrition and LLC Center for Technology and Innovation Development (CRTI).
"The high assessment of the republican companies proved that Tatarstan continues to strengthen its position as a center of innovation and industrial growth in Russia. The selection results demonstrate the high level of technological leadership of Tatarstan enterprises, as well as the existence of a successful systematic approach in the republic to the development of innovative business and the creation of conditions for its successful growth," said Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Tatarstan.
7 of these companies actively participate in the program implemented by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization Center for Cluster Development and Project Management of the Republic of Tatarstan (ANO CCR Innokam) to "grow" small and medium-sized businesses, receiving comprehensive government support as part of the implementation of individual development maps.
Special attention should be paid to the fact that the innovative projects of the five finalist companies began their journey with a presentation at the board of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, where they received the approval and support of the Head and federal guests.
Yaroslav Zhelonkin, CEO of FERRY WATT LLC took the main prize. The company specializes in the development and manufacture of vacuum processing equipment for mechanical engineering, nuclear, aerospace and other industries. Thanks to government support, more than 500 million rubles of concessional financing were attracted for the implementation of Ferry Watt investment projects.
The award was presented to the winner by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian FederationAnton Alikhanov. Earlier, in 2024, Zhelonkin was nominated by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for the "Manager of the Year" award, where he also became a prize-winner.
