Tatarstan business promotes national brands to foreign markets with the participation of state support measures

30 Tatarstan companies present their products on international markets under a single national brand "Made in Russia". The marking confirming the product quality and reliability of the domestic manufacturer is included in the national project "International Cooperation and Export". It is aimed at increasing exports of non-primary products, increasing their recognition and trust from foreign partners.

Participants in the Made in Russia program receive the support of the Russian Export Center (REC) in priority placement and promotion on international electronic trading platforms, the right to label products with the Made in Russia mark, the opportunity to participate in advertising and information campaigns in foreign markets, and other preferences.

Also, participation in the program significantly reduces the costs of logistics, listing and other important operations necessary for the successful sale of Russian goods abroad.

To date, Tatarstan companies have received about 30 “Made in Russia” certificates confirming the possibility of selling their products and receiving preferences within the framework of the national campaign. In 2024, 15 companies joined national stores in Tatarstan, and 11 certificates were received in the first six months of 2025. These are mainly suppliers of building materials, companies in the food and light industry, and cosmetics manufacturers. 

Large companies, as well as representatives of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), can receive the "Made in Russia" status. It is issued free of charge, the procedure takes no more than 10 working days. In Tatarstan, you can get certification at the regional Export Support Center subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Center's staff will help you fill out and submit an application. You can receive a notification about the readiness of the "Made in Russia" certificate and its copy by e-mail. The certificate can also be issued online on the My Export platform.
