The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of work on the implementation of control measures in municipal areas for the first half of 2025.

The Ministry, together with the control authorities, is working to reduce administrative barriers and create favorable conditions for enterprises in the republic. Prevention of violations of mandatory requirements, as well as prevention of the risk of harm to legally protected values, becomes an integral part of control activities. These tasks are achieved by the control authorities through preventive measures.

In the first half of 2025, 50% of the target value of preventive measures was achieved in Kazan, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Bavlinsky, Spassky, Muslyumovsky and Pestrechinsky districts. Slightly less than 50% of the target value of control and supervisory measures was carried out in Laishevsky, Zelenodolsk, Verkhneuslonsky, Naberezhnye Chelny, Tetyushsky, Nizhnekamsk and Kukmorsky districts.

In terms of the number of professional visits conducted, Leninogorsky, Aksubayevsky, Buinsky, Zelenodolsk districts, as well as Kazan, are in the lead.

The meeting discussed innovations in legislation in the field of Tax file documentation, as well as the need to inform controlled persons in advance about the possibility of making an appointment for a preventive visit and counseling on the official websites of municipalities.

At the moment, the priority is the popularization of the Inspector mobile application, thanks to which inspections are carried out remotely, including through audio or video communication. 

To date, about 40% of the events have been conducted through the Inspector mobile application. Municipal districts have also actively started holding events through the mobile application. The use of the Inspector application in the work makes it possible to significantly reduce the costs of control authorities and businesses in Tatarstan.

It was noted that a robotic assistant using the Telegram messenger using artificial intelligence under the GosPrompt project is working in a pilot mode in the Internet resource "Proven Business". 

The chatbot promptly provides up-to-date information at the request of entrepreneurs, advises on business issues and accompanies the verification process. With the help of a chatbot, an entrepreneur will be able to prepare for the upcoming inspection by the inspector and receive an algorithm of actions during the inspection and a justification for submitting documents requested by the inspection body.

With the help of an INN, an entrepreneur can find out whether his organization will be checked and by which authority. Using a chatbot significantly increases the legal protection of entrepreneurs and promotes the development of a transparent business environment. An important update was the ability to evaluate the work of the chatbot based on the results of the interaction. Now entrepreneurs can leave feedback on the quality of the consultation received.
