Representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Moscow Stock Exchange and the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan met today at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
During the meeting, the main areas of cooperation in the field of investments and the capital market, the involvement of enterprises of the republic in the instruments of digital financial assets, bond financing, IPO were discussed.
The prospects for expanding the range of instruments in this segment were considered, including a financial product for partner (Islamic) financing, Sukuk Mudaraba, based on the digital financial assets (DFA) platform.
Also, within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, an agreement on strategic cooperation was signed between the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Moscow Stock Exchange.
"Today, in the field of small business, one of the priorities is the qualitative growth of SMEs, the development of the segment of high–tech companies (HTC) and enterprises that have crossed the criteria of SMEs - the so-called SME+ segment. Financial market instruments are actively contributing to this, and work with republican enterprises in this area will continue to develop systematically," said Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
