Sarmanovsky District: results of 2024 and prospects for development in the current year
The Ministry of Economy of the RT held a meeting on socio-economic development of the district with participation of Deputy Prime Minister of the RT - Minister of Economy of the RT Midhat Shagiakhmetov and Head of Sarmanovsky MR Farit Khusnullin.
The Ministry of Economy of the RT presented the key results of socio-economic development of Sarmanovsky District for 2024 and the first months of 2025.
In 2024, the gross territorial product of the district amounted to 60.2 billion rubles. The basis of the district's economy is formed by industry, which occupies 73.3% of the GTP structure, with crude oil production accounting for 97% of industrial production.
The district demonstrates high results by the following indicators:
4th place in the share of profitable enterprises (98.3% with the average indicator for the Republic of Tatarstan being 91.8%).
7th place in labor productivity (1,199.1 thousand rubles per 1 employee against 462.1 thousand rubles for the Republic of Tatarstan).
Sarmanovsky district demonstrates stability in the oil industry, and requires comprehensive measures to support agriculture and improve social indicators.
“It is necessary to intensify work on attracting investments and improving the efficiency of key industries,” concluded Midhat Shagiakhmetov.
