Maxim Topilin and Midkhat Shagiakhmetov visited enterprises of the Kaibitsky district
Maxim Topilin, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, paid a working visit to the Kaibitsky Municipal District.
During the trip, Maxim Topilin and Midkhat Shagiakhmetov visited enterprises of the Kaibitsky district, such as Tugan Yak-Agro LLC, Fishfarm-116 fishing complex, Yaratel feed mill, August-Kaibitsy LLC, Kaibitsy-Logistics LLC, and also visited the M-12 multifunctional zone.
Upon arrival, the Chairman of the State Duma and the Minister visited Tugan Yak-Agro LLC. The company is engaged in the cultivation of grain crops and animal husbandry. The company is currently constructing the second stage of the dairy complex, which will increase the total livestock to 988 heads, significantly expanding the production capacity of the enterprise. The commissioning of the facility is scheduled for the end of December 2025.
The next object of the visit was Fishfarm116 LLC. The company implements a set of measures aimed at increasing the tourist potential of the district. By the end of 2024, 9641 people used the services of the fishing complex, which indicates a steady increase in interest in this tourist destination among amateur fishermen.
Afterwards, the Chairman of the State Duma and the minister visited the Yaratel feed mill. The company has completed the construction of a modular feed mill on the territory of the Kulanginsky Agricultural Processing Plant for the production of loose and granular feed with a capacity of 45 tons per hour for the Ak Bars poultry complex. The investment volume for the project is 1.5 billion rubles.
Next, the budget-forming enterprise of the August-Kaibitsy LLC district was examined. In 2024, it implemented a large-scale investment program. A modern machine and tractor park has been commissioned in the village of Uliankovo, and two grain storage facilities with a total capacity of 10,000 tons have been built. Over the past year, investments amounted to 2 billion 533 million rubles, and taking into account previous investments, their total volume reached 10.2 billion rubles. The construction of a dairy complex for 3,700 dairy cattle is at the final stage. It is scheduled to open on July 1 of this year, and reach maximum capacity in the first quarter of 2026.
In conclusion, Maxim Topilin and Midkhat Shagiakhmetov toured the M-12 multifunctional zone and got acquainted with a promising investment project for the development of roadside services.
They met with the investor of LLC "Kaibitsy-Logistik".
The investment project involves the construction of a private industrial park with a logistics center and a dry building mixes plant. Already this year, it is planned to lay a nursery of ornamental plants. The total investment will amount to 10.355 billion rubles.
During the visit, the Chairman of the State Duma and the minister got acquainted with the implementation of measures to ensure the sustainable development of the economy, discussed problematic issues with the management of enterprises.
The heads of enterprises were given recommendations on state support measures implemented at the federal and national levels.
The end of the working visit was a discussion of the current economic situation in the district with the participation of the Head and the economic unit of the municipality. The issues of projects planned for implementation in the district, reserves of economic growth of the Ministry of Defense and tasks for the coming years to ensure the sustainable development of the Kaibitsky district were considered.
