Tatarstan is the country's leader in the number of online business checks
The Republic of Tatarstan holds a leading position in Russia in terms of the number of remote checks, consultations and other events: 20% of the total number of control and supervisory activities takes place online, through the Inspector mobile application.
Work is actively underway in the region to introduce modern technologies for remote interaction with businesses by the control authorities. Special attention is paid to the remote format of conducting on-site inspections using the Inspector mobile application.
According to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on May 12, 2025, Tatarstan is the leader among all regions of the country in the number of control and supervisory activities conducted remotely. This year, 20% of all events in the republic were held using a mobile application.
1,600 events were carried out, of which more than 600 were carried out using the Inspector mobile application. Thanks to this, Tatarstan entrepreneurs have the opportunity to receive remote consultations, feedback from regulatory authorities and undergo online checks.
The Khabarovsk Territory and the Volgograd Region took the second and third places in the rating.
The Inspector mobile application is based on GIS "Standard cloud solution for automation of control (supervisory) activities" and provides for online inspections with the ability to save a video conference file, which will be the basis for drawing up an inspection report.
The tool is aimed at creating a comfortable interaction between supervisors and businesses, which corresponds to the goals of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy" and is designed to eliminate administrative barriers to effective business management and high-quality business growth.
