Acceptance of applications for participation in the "Mother Entrepreneur" program starts in Tatarstan

In 2025, 68 regions of Russia will participate in the program of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation "Mother Entrepreneur", focused on supporting women's entrepreneurship. The Republic of Tatarstan has been selected according to the requirements and standards of the competition, those who wish can already submit an application on the website of the motherentrepreneur.rf.

The program consists of several stages, the first of which is the submission of an application, which requires a preliminary study of the business idea. The application form questions are designed to reveal key aspects of the future business.

As part of the regional stage, participants will receive an intensive face-to-face training program conducted by certified trainers from the My Business centers. The training will take place in Tatarstan from 18 to 22 August.

 During the week, the participants will receive valuable business tools, learn how to develop a business plan, promote their product and attract customers. In addition, they will be able to learn from the experience of successful entrepreneurs and receive individual advice from experts. 

The culmination of the regional stage will be the presentation of projects, the best of which will receive grants for development in the amount of 150 thousand rubles.

This is followed by the federal stage, which will be held in Moscow. The expert jury, which will include representatives of federal authorities, development institutions, banks and foundations, will select the 25 best projects from among the winners of regional and special stages. Participants will have the opportunity to complete in-depth training on the development of entrepreneurial skills, as well as compete for large grants in the amount of one million, 500 thousand and 250 thousand rubles.

Changes have been made to the program this year. When selecting applications, priority will be given to projects focused on key sectors of the economy, as well as special tracks for business development in regions of historical importance. In addition, the amount of grant support has been increased to 150,000 rubles.

Women with minor children or those on maternity leave can participate in the program. A prerequisite is the presence of a business idea or a business project at the initial stage of development (no more than a year should pass from the moment of business registration). Applications for participation in the program are accepted until August 8 of the current year.

Last year, Natalia Vlasova from Kazan became the winner of the competition in Tatarstan with the project "Embroidered Happiness", a linen textile workshop for a home with unique embroidery. In total, 90 applications were submitted for participation in the competition in the republic in 2024.

The Mom-Entrepreneur program is part of the federal project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship" of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
