A meeting of the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation on "Efficient and Competitive Economy" was held today
The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov.
The meeting participants discussed a wide range of issues related to the development of the Russian economy. Special attention was paid to measures to support the entrepreneurial activities of its participants, the development of social and family entrepreneurship, as well as issues related to the adjustment of tax legislation.
As part of the discussion of tax policy, topics such as the exemption of resource-supplying organizations from paying VAT, improving the parameters of a tax amnesty when splitting up a business, as well as the issues of paying tax credits when re-registering a business between regions were considered.
In addition, the meeting participants discussed the possibility of applying a preferential tariff for insurance premiums for the manufacturing industries of SMEs and the need to reduce the period of mandatory application of the VAT tax rate by taxpayers
