In particular, the following anti-fraud measures are being worked out:
🔹block incoming questionable phone calls, including through the use of the state anti-fraud platform, subject to prior consent from citizens;
🔹 to reimburse by credit organizations and telecom operators the funds stolen from citizens' accounts as a result of fraudulent actions, in case of failure of counteraction measures by credit organizations and telecom operators;
🔹oblige credit institutions to reimburse customers for funds if they are stolen using credit institutions' applications hacked through malware installed on customers' devices;
🔹 to increase the digital literacy of the population, including citizens of retirement age;
🔹prohibit employees of government agencies, credit institutions and telecom operators from using foreign messengers when interacting with citizens during the exercise of their powers;
🔹 to consider the expediency of recognizing the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the commission of an offense as an aggravating circumstance.
