As part of the project, veterans of the SMO, as well as family members of deceased SMO participants, can become remote employees of large Russian companies.
They also have the opportunity to receive free training in modern and sought-after IT professions, which helps ensure remote employment.
The project offers a completely online work format, where all processes - from job interviews to work and payment — take place online. This allows veterans to work from their homes anywhere in Russia. This format is especially suitable for those who use wheelchairs or need a flexible schedule.
The main goal of the project is to create an effective solution to the problem of shortage of jobs for veterans in small towns throughout Russia. In the near future, it is planned to involve even more employers across the country in the project.
The project is being implemented with the support and coordination of the Defenders of the Fatherland State Foundation.
Already, veterans of the SMO, as well as family members of the deceased SMO participants, can independently become participants in the Heroes of New Technologies project by filling out an application on the website
