The event is held within the framework of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy". The second stream of the training program aimed at developing business management competencies gathered 50 people.
The organizers were the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan with the support of the branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation and the My Business Center.
The course is designed for comprehensive training of entrepreneurs.
Experts who are active entrepreneurs share their skills in starting a business from scratch, from choosing the optimal legal form and tax regime to attracting additional funding, including through government support programs.
The course provides practical business process management skills: personnel search and selection, development of product sales markets and use of promotion channels, effective sales of goods and services, creation of selling websites and other useful knowledge.
"The Ministry of Economy of the Republic provides a wide range of government support measures, including financial measures, for example, special financial products in the form of preferential microloans in the amount of up to 5 million rubles at 1%, secured by a state guarantee. Non-financial measures are also available, such as consultations, assistance in starting and developing your own business, developing a business plan, promotion, and specialized training programs," said Natalia Kondratova, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Department.
The training program for veterans of the SMO and their families was launched in 2024. 25 people became participants of the first stream. The second stream recruited 50 people. Training is provided not only by residents of Kazan, but also by representatives of other cities and districts of the republic. An online participation format is available for them.
Today in Tatarstan, there are examples of successful business start-ups by veterans of special operation involving state support measures. This is the opening of enterprises in the field of maintenance and repair of vehicles, as well as production in the agricultural sector.
