20% of inspections take place in Tatarstan through a mobile application

In the Republic of Tatarstan, 20% of the total number of control and supervisory activities takes place remotely, through the Inspector mobile application. 

The Republic holds a leading position in the country in terms of the number of remote inspections, consultations and other events. 

In 2024, more than 4 thousand control and supervisory activities were carried out in Tatarstan, more than 1.5 thousand of them were conducted using the Inspector mobile application. Tatarstan entrepreneurs received remote consultations, feedback from regulatory authorities, and passed online checks. 

The Inspector mobile application is based on GIS "Standard cloud solution for automation of control (supervisory) activities" and provides for online inspections with the ability to save a video conference file, which will be the basis for drawing up an inspection report.

The tool is aimed at creating a comfortable interaction between supervisors and businesses, which corresponds to the goals of the national project "Competitive and Efficient Economy" and is designed to eliminate administrative barriers to effective business management and high-quality business growth.

The format of inspections using the application allows the control and supervisory authorities to carry out the necessary measures without visiting the facilities and saves time for both supervisors and businesses. The application can also keep records for five years to appeal against the decisions. The business of the republic positively assesses this format of work.
