The ministry continues to subsidize costs of businessmen of receiving educational services

The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the business support department Rustem Sibgatullin gave interview concerning subsidizing of expenses of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan on receiving the educational services connected with preparation, retraining and professional development, and also development of enterprise literacy and enterprise competences. He told about how there was an idea of implementation of this form of support, designated conditions of participation of representatives of small and medium business in competitive selections and designated results of already taken place competitive selections. Realization of action for subsidizing of expenses for education became result of conducted sociological survey on identification of problems of development of business in the Republic of Tatarstan. So enterprise community allocated six key problems one of which – deficiency of qualified personnel.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
