The Minister of Economy stressed that thanks to the comprehensive actions of the Russian Government and the decision of the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has significantly expanded the availability of support measures for businesses. The SME.RF Digital Platform has played an important role here. It combined federal and regional measures and ensured the connection of entrepreneurs with development institutions in an online format.
Also, as part of the national project "Small and medium-sized enterprises", the infrastructure of individual industrial parks has been created. These are the Tyulyachi Industrial park, Saba and Khimgrad industrial parks. The built infrastructure has provided small businesses with access to production facilities and premises.
According to the speaker, the effective implementation of the national project is also confirmed by the pace of SME development in the republic, which corresponds to the goals set by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, – to ensure the growth of the number of people employed in the field of SMEs.
"The target for both the country as a whole and the republic has been exceeded. Since 2019, the growth in the number of people employed in the SME sector has exceeded 168 thousand people, and by the end of 2024, a result of 848.0 thousand people has been achieved. The number of entrepreneurs increased by 19 thousand and amounted to 178 thousand units," said the Deputy Prime Minister.
