The My Business Center and the Kazan Cooperative Institute, within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship", are launching a free educational module for participants of their educational program on developing entrepreneurial skills and starting a business from scratch. The educational project has already received 30 applications from former participants of the special operation.
The program is aimed at developing business management competencies. Participants will also be taught how to develop a business plan and plan a project. The training will take place full-time for three days, from December 4 to December 6.
The Business from Scratch program will give participants the opportunity to get all the necessary knowledge at the start and understand which way and how to develop their business correctly for the payback and profitability of the project.
The work will take place in a group team format, and also involves individual consultations from entrepreneurs.
The course is designed for beginners and those who already have experience in business, but do not understand the further direction of its development.
Specialized teachers of the Kazan Cooperative Institute and active entrepreneurs will provide knowledge.
Participants will be taught how to:
· create and develop a business idea;
· evaluate the market not only to select a profitable niche, but also to work with competitors;
· develop their own marketing company;
· build sales, form a sales funnel to get the first profit;
· get information on how to get funding in order to open their first business.
The organizers of the course on the national project "Small and medium-sized Entrepreneurship" are the Center "My Business" and the Russian Institute of Cooperation with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
