A series of practice-oriented seminars for management companies on effective management of industrial parks, organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, has started in Tatarstan.
The event was opened by Natalia Kondratova, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Director of the Department of Business Development.
She recalled that a set of support measures is being implemented for residents and management companies of industrial parks within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", which includes tax preferences, microloans, subsidizing part of electricity costs, preferential leasing of buildings and equipment, as well as a program for the construction of engineering and road infrastructure facilities, which makes these the territories are attractive to investors.
"In 2024, a set of measures to simplify the launch of investment projects has been expanded, including retrofitting engineering and road infrastructure. Infrastructure has been built at the expense of the republic's budget in municipal industrial parks, which made the sites attractive to new residents and provided conditions for more than 150 enterprises," Natalia Kondratova said.
The seminar brought together more than 50 representatives of management companies of industrial parks. The participants discussed the most important issues of industrial park management, concept development and master plan, as well as analyzed common problematic situations when choosing land plots and technical expertise of real estate. All practical aspects were considered using examples of specific industrial parks.
In addition, the seminar participants visited the existing production facilities, which allowed them to gain valuable first-hand knowledge and experience. This event is another step towards strengthening and developing the industrial potential of our region.
