The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of the work carried out in the first half of this year on the implementation of measures in the field of control with regional executive authorities (REA).
The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the control authorities, is working to reduce administrative barriers and create favorable conditions for enterprises in the Republic. In this regard, cooperation has been established with the control authorities, the reasons for the increase in individual audit indicators are being analyzed, and proposals are being developed to reduce administrative pressure.
At the meeting, plans and tasks for the management of REA for 2025-2027, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, were announced. Monitoring of the relevant indicators was approved by the protocol of the joint meeting of the Operational Headquarters for ensuring socio-economic stability in the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the report, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ismagilova Gulnaz announced indicators for the blocks characterizing the quality of interaction with the control authorities on preventive visits. Among them are the blocks "Prevention", "Risk indicators", "Pre-trial appeal", "Quality of interaction with the prosecutor's office" and the block "Digitalization".
For each of the indicators of the blocks, both the results and comments on further orders were announced to improve these indicators and to achieve the conditions for the region's leading position in the field of control and supervisory activities (CSA).
The list of amendments made to the Federal Law on Control was noted, according to which the grounds for conducting the number of preventive visits are changing.
The first deputy minister also noted that today the statistics in the "Pre-trial appeal" block are positive, there are no delays in consideration.
At the moment, the priority is the popularization of the Inspector mobile application, thanks to which inspections are carried out remotely, including through audio or video communication.
